Housing
- Developed new affordable housing, removed blighted properties, and secured funding for home repair programs.
Parks and Public Spaces
- Renovated Meyers Pool, Mercedes Cotner Park, Stockyard Park and partnered with the Cleveland Cavaliers to restore basketball courts at Trent Park
- Secured funding to demolish West 73rd light bulb factory
Development and Economic Growth
- Secured $2.5M for CentroVilla 25, helped to develop Blanket Mill, and secured funding to support Ward 14 businesses.
Public Safety and Cleanliness
- Paved roads, installed safety cameras, and organized monthly cleanups and safety meetings in partnership with MetroWest and Second District Police
Education and Workforce Development
- Sponsored legislation requiring salary ranges on job postings and expanded workforce opportunities to help residents and small businesses build skills and succeed in growing industries.
Women’s Empowerment
- Require free menstrual products in all city facilities
Leadership
- Hosted over 60 community meetings and events aimed at bringing residents together and strengthening neighborhood connections.
